experience wishing to work at this level. Classes will comprise of asana (postures), breath awareness & control, yoga nidra (deep meditative relaxation).

For those with more than one years experience wishing to develop their practice of asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy.
Suitable for those wanting a slower, gentle more restorative practice. Asana, pranayama, yoga nidra.
