WOMEN'S YOGA FOR WELL-BEING

A weekly class for women on a Friday evening 7.15pm to 8.45pm with a female teacher. The emphasis of the course will be to: Improve physical fitness and well-being / Increase flexibility, strength, concentration and stamina / Reduce stress, attain calmness, relaxation, and inner stillness.

The cost of the 8-week course is £60
