Beginners:
For people with little or no experience of yoga. Also for those with more
experience wishing to work at this level. Classes will comprise of asana (postures),
breath awareness & control, yoga nidra (deep meditative relaxation).
All
levels:
Suitable for all levels of experience, practice adapted to suit the individual.
Asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation.
Experienced:
For those with more than one years experience wishing to develop their practice
of asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy.
Gentle:
Suitable for those wanting a slower, gentle more restorative practice. Asana,
pranayama, yoga nidra.
